When will I get my order?
At Students of Stoicism, we partner with a reliable on-demand order fulfillment company to create your products after you place an order. Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Where will my order ship from?
We work with global fulfillment centers to ensure efficient shipping, with products shipped from the facility closest to you.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Customs or tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. For specific information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please:
If the shipping address was correct and you still haven’t received your package, contact us at info@studentsofstoicism.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it. If you made a mistake in your delivery address, we can resend the order, but shipping costs will apply.
How are your products made?
All our products are created through a print-on-demand partner with fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order is produced and shipped from the facility best suited to deliver it quickly and efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about your shipment, email us at info@studentsofstoicism.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect product. Please email info@studentsofstoicism.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

What’s your return policy?
We don’t currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, contact us at info@studentsofstoicism.com so we can make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, email us within 7 days at info@studentsofstoicism.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. To ensure the best fit, check out the sizing charts included with every product description.
If you believe your item was mislabeled, contact us at info@studentsofstoicism.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll either send a new item or issue a refund.
